April Culinary Night Recap at Mulligan's Pub

Six EISC members gathered for food, drinks, and conversation at Mulligan’s Pub in Cedar Rapids. It would have been nine, but stormy weather and the threat of hail kept some people away. Those that did attend had a great time. The food was hot and tasty and the service was good. The restaurant was also hosting a trivia night, but we opted not to attend, wanting to get home before the weather took a turn for the worse.
Our next get-together will be our Cinco de Mayo celebration at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, May 12th at Mextizo’s (1140 Blairs Ferry Rd NE, Cedar Rapids). This has been a popular restaurant since it opened, and we were here a few years ago. They are reported to have some of the best chips and salsa in town.
